The Thoyu Golf Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of June 9, 2025.

Employees, agents, officers, and directors of Thoyu Golf, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM PST on June 9, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on October 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible.

To enter via purchase, buy any product from the Thoyu Golf website during the Promotion Period.
For every $1 USD spent, you’ll receive five (5) entries into the giveaway.
There is no limit to the number of entries earned through purchases.
One (1) winner will receive a TaylorMade Qi35 Driver, approximate retail value: $650 USD.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
Thoyu Golf reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.
A random drawing will be conducted on or about October 31, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 72 hours of the drawing.
The winner must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize.
Failure to respond within the designated time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
If the selected winner is a Canadian resident, they must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize.
Required by law for Canadian residents. The skill-testing question will be administered via email and must be answered correctly within the time frame provided.
The Grand Prize will be shipped to the winner’s address as provided during prize confirmation.
Thoyu Golf is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once the prize has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Thoyu Golf, which are final and binding.
Entrants release and hold harmless Thoyu Golf, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation or acceptance/use/misuse of the prize.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Thoyu Golf the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Personal information collected is subject to Thoyu Golf’s Privacy Policy. It will be used only to administer the Promotion and contact the winner.
Thoyu Golf is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or failures of any kind, including but not limited to: technical issues, human error, mail delays, or fraud, that may affect the Promotion or winner selection.

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in California courts.
